Surprise beer, blind tasting. Dark black, with a light brown head. Biiig smell of maple. Smooth mouthfeel, nice thickness, fair carbonation. Very caramelly, sweet but not oversweet, bit of saltyness and some milky chocolate. Amazing pastry stout, lovely.
