Fluffy, retreating beige head over reddish-shot black beer. Caramel a mile out upon opening, chocolate too. Caramel fudge, crème brulée, chocolate covered cookies... as to beer??? All the above + a bitterish extra initially, and faraway again in the finish. I suppose this must explain why it is sold as beer. Finish has also something like velvet, loden, even mineral. Very chewy, viscou. Some mild alcoholburn, good carbonation. It's not bad. It's just not beer to me.

Can split at L6 Tasting, thanks to Dave, 17/04/19. Light black with a moderate tan cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is chocolate, syrup, toffee, sweet malts. Taste comprises chocolate cookie, sweet malts, toffee fudge, light roast, caramel. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a kiss of alcohol. Decent.

Keg at the Real Ale Classroom, Stoneygate, Leicester. Very dark brown with an indigo hue, only a trifle translucent, with no visible carbonation. Lots of hazelnut and milk chocolate in the aroma. Sweet almost syrupy taste to the finish with only a light hoppy kickback. Soft carbonation but with a body this smooth and silky it would only get in the way. Incredible.

On tap at Taphouse - CPH, pours a deep dark brown with a red tinge and a small tan head. Aroma is full of artificial extracts - vanilla, coconut and lactose. Flavour is loaded with extract, with lots of marshmallows, vanilla, and lactose. Very artificial and sweet. Okay.
