Clear and golden with a frothy white head and a mellow citrusy aroma, with some added funk. There's a very light malt backbone to this, with a nice citrusy bitterness on top, but there's also a slight oiliness to it and also a funky edge, which detracts a little from the flavour - it's Citra but not quite as good, IMHO

Can from Oakham. It pours hazy bright gold with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, bright, juicy grapefruit, pomelo, pine, resin, light florals and biscuit malt. The taste is crisp, clean, firmly dry, snappy bitterness, resin, pine, pithy, zesty, grapefruit, pomelo, peppery spice, biscuity malt and touch of brioche. Finish is pleasantly bitter which lingers for some time. Lighter end of medium body and moderate+ fluffy carbonation. What's not to like? Subtle, yet impressive. Really nice level of bitterness to it. Incredibly moreish. Utlimate session gear.

Can @home. Dorata torbida, schiuma bianca media.

Can at home in Hackney - sourced from the HOTM. Pours totally clear yellow-gold with a lasting, frothy white head. Lightly sweet with a hearty kick of grassy bitterness, some lemon rind, pithy grapefruit, piney accents. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Bitter finish with faint resin, more citrus rind, grass, crisp and clean pale malts. Refreshingly bitter and clean.

Can at home picked up from trembling madness. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a a fine white head. Aroma is nice floral citrus, perfume, leafy hop, earthy bread, little rye spicy. Flavour is composed of earthy grains, rustic, leafy citrus hop, lemon rind firm bitterness, grass. Palate is semi crisp, earthy, moderate carbonation. Good. Would love to have it on cask.
