Bottle from Liquor Mountain. Nose of caramel malt, nuts, minerals, grass. Decent but not exceptional. Medium amber color with a high, fine head. Flavor is more mineral, though caramel and nuts come through. Rather plain and bland, with a touch of cardboard, though not at all offensive. Slight bitter tingle in the finish with some black pepper and some astringency. Not special.

Capped bottle from Half Time. Pours copper with a creamy off-white head. Mild toast malt aroma - suggestion of treacle. Graham cracker. Med body. Flavor is mildly spiced light roast caramel. I like it.

330 ml bottle purchased at Lajes Air Base, Azores. Transparent amber color with excellent retention in a mug. Soft Carbonation. Aroma is malty, fruity and some hops. Smells real nice. Taste isn’t as good but still a decent effort. Flavor is slightly malty, somewhat bitter. The hops linger just slightly. Body is real thin and watery. This is still better than any Portuguese beer, so I will drink this for a few days.

On tap at Gourmet Haus. Sweet wet cereal aroma. Copper with a light tan full and creamy head. Considerable head clinging down the side. Slight wheat bread malt that quickly fades on a thinnish mouthfeel. Surprisingly dry finish.

50cl bottle @ home shared with dad. Clear ruby red-brown color, average sized off-white head that leaves fair lacing. Smell malts, lightly sweet, lightly bitter, lightly some fruityness. Taste malts, lightly fruits, even some hops and a light bitterness. Low to medium body and carbo. Quite pleasant.
