Bottle shared at the pre-Borefts 2019 tasting, Zaandam. Poured a clear light golden colour with a bubbly round white head. The aroma is light buttery malt, crushed apple. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet, with a crisp, light acidic apple palate. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation.

Bottle. Unclear deep golden color with white head. Aroma is nice apple skin, vanilla, leather. Taste is apple skin, tannins, leather, earthy, vanilla. Oily mouthfeel with quite some tannins, low carbonation, almost thin. Quite interesting - it's both sugary and dry at the same time. Dem tannins.

Bottle at home, bought in beershop in Lannion. Clear golden with small ring of bubbles. Crisp apple, green apple, dry cellar funk, apple peel, light pear. Under medium sweet and tart, light bitter. Nice crisp medium body, sparkly carbonation and medium dry finish. Quite tart and crisp, nice cider though it’s not super complex.
