#013 - In september 2020, we handpicked biodynamically Trousseau grapes from the Jura region which we fermented into natural wine. After primary fermentation, we blended the wine with barrel aged saison & Dark plum lambiek.

From bottle at Wild Festival 2021. Aroma is red fruits, red grapes, plenty of red wine. Tart and light to mild sour with a little sweetness. Body is medium. Nicely vinous, for red wine enthusiasts.
