2022 vintage. 75cl bottle in a lambic/champagne tasting at Beer Out, Forlì, Italy. Pours golden, fairly transparent, with almost no foam. Aroma is funky, fruity, apricot and melon, some grapes. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sour. Final is a little longer than usual.

Bottle shared at cantillion for Rich's 50th. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is cereal grains, lemon rind, straw, grass, lemon rind, delicate floral notes. Jasmine. Flavour is composed of crisp and tart, lemon grass, floral notes, delicate funk, white grape, massaging. Palate is crisp and tangy, massaging carbonation. Lovely delicate lingering funk.

Bottle, 750 ml at the brewery. Vintage 2020. Cloudy golden with small white head. Nice subtle grapes, vinous, soft texture. Some wood.

Slightly hazy golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of tart apricot, apple skin, funk. Taste of sulfur, tart apples, grapes, peach. Mealy dry finish.

Bottle at the brewery. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Lightly effervescent. Lightly sweet with nips of butter, pale oaky dryness, mellow acidity, lemon peel. Odd texture, kind of sticky and bitter. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Quite dry in the finish, nips of white grape, minimal butter, lingering woody dryness. Novel.

Hapukas, veinine, puuviljane, tsitrus, mahe, nats happeline,funky. Ok.

Bit ropy... Too young.
