750mL bottle, pours a blast pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is wonderfully funky and vinous, with loads of white grape skins and tons of barnyard funk. Flavour is wonderfully funky, musty, and white grape skins. Pretty remarkable white grape character. Very low acidity. Complex and wonderful.

Poured from 750mL bottle (2022 vintage). Lightly hazed gold with white head. Mild funk, vinous white grape, quite nice. Opens up as it warms.

750ml bottle at the brewery museum. Pours clear yellow gold with a thin white head the clings to the glass. Aroma is white grape, white wine, a little barnyard funk. Taste is a full on barnyard funk with a great balance of white wine, some oak and white grape. Really dry finish. Lovely

Bottle, at the brewery. Soft haze on a pale, yellow gold. Ring of white head. Nose has white grape must. Clean oak. Goat cheese funk. Notes of dessert apple skin. Floral honey. Vanilla. Taste is tart and dry, with a lovely honeyed sweetness. Clean and fairly dry on the palate. Fine carbonation. Light pucker of acidity. Light tartness on the finish, with the honey sweetness running throughout. Great stuff.

Pours unclear blonde, small white head. Smell is intense, white grape. bit peppery, oaky. Funk is very mild. Taste is beautifully balanced, more to the wine side, but a nice acidity towards the end. Very fine carbonation, and a beautifull merge between (natural) wine and lambic. i enjoyed this so much more than I thought I would.
