We really, really like triple berry meads, and we hope you do too. This new triple berry mead, "Descent", is Balaton Cherry forward with Wild Treasure Blackberries and a kiss of Red Currants. Made with orange blossom honey, this sweet and complex libation will pair well with chocolate or your favorite charcuterie.

Bottle, thanks for sharing! Pours a clear purple with no head whatsoever. Aroma has dark tart fruits, light booze and a bit of sweet honey supporting. Flavor has a a great tart dark red fruit with a good amount of honey and a light tartness underlying.

Gorgeous deep red, slightly violet. Smells tart berries, cherry. Good body, easy with a slightly hot finish. Taste is sweet with tart blackberry and redcurrant, cherry pits in the finish. Maybe a tad too strong, but the fruit is nicely balanced. Tasty!
