Lata 44 CL del Lúpulo Feroz tomada en Belmonte 04..06..2019 (r27). Color negro intenso con espuma beige oscuro que desaparece al poco tiempo casi por completo. Sabores intensos maltosos ligeramente tostados y cacaos con buena dosis de especiados. Canela que no parece acabar de encajar muy bien echándose de menos algo más de cacao y chocolate. Muy suave picante final que es más de chile y pimiento seco. Cuerpo medio a intenso con buena sensación alcohólica desde el principio y bastante sabor. Especiados, bastante buena, para repetir.

Clear black beer, no head. Aroma: lots of cinnamon, alcohol, ripe banana, roasted, ginger bread, nice one! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: spicy start, lovely, cinnamon, very nice roast, dark chocolate, sweet. Aftertaste: alcohol, some cinnamon, little bitter, caramel, vanilla, sugary, milk chocolate, ripe banana, lovely beer.

440ml can @ Chez Sophie tasting, April. Pours dark, thin beige head. Aroma sees marshmallow, vanilla, milk chocolate. Taste is smooth with pillowy soft marshmallow, lactose, milk chocolate, tonka bean, subtle vanilla, even more subtle cinnamon and barely detectable chipotle chillis. Fairly light for the strength. Good stuff.
