Rollo aus der Filtration stand neulich da und freute sich über seine Idee, mal wieder ein richtig erfrischendes Biermischgetränk aufzulegen – das hat uns alle angesteckt und schon ist es da – das ColaBier … für den guten Geschmack nehmen wir je zur Hälfte BERGBRÄU Dunkel und Cola – schmeckt perfekt nach „so wie früher“. Und das Etikett … ok, gewagte Farbe, aber weil’s Brause mit Bier ist, sollte es auch optisch knallen. Nix für puristische Bierliebhaber, aber lecker!

Bottle. Had this one on a recent trip to Germany. Had heard about these "cola-beers" but had never drank one. Man, it was awful. Somehow, I just don’t think beer was meant to be mixed with cola.

Sweetish grainy back. Easy to drink, soft grainy. Tons of artificial sweeteners. They are above the grain and the coke aroma. Not good neither easy to drink.

33cl swing top bottle as Bergbräu Cola Bier. A clear orange brown beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of artificial sweet cola aroma, almonds, sugar. Taste of cola, candies, sugar, bubblegum, meh... Danke Roman!

Künstlicher, mild süßer Beginn. Cola, Kirsche, milder Hintergrund. Nie bierig, wässrig, künstlich bleibend, kurzer Abgang. 8/7/6/6/5/6

Clear mahogany with a tiny off white head. Sweet aroma with cola and caramel notes. Sweet flavour with roasted malt. Sweet finish.

Bottled. A red-brown beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has strong notes of cola. The flavor is sweet with notes of cola, and hints of malt.
