Cette bière est “Brute” c’est à dire une IPA sans aucun sucre résiduel. C’est d’une certaine manière l’anti-NEIPA. Ultra sèche, avec de fines bulles, une amertume assumée et des arômes de houblons tout en finesse… Enjoy

On tap at Outland Bar, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of brut yeast, gentle hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with bright piney hops, crisp biscuity malt, and brut yeast. Very nicely constructed. Good stuff.
