A lovely marriage of Michigan wildflower honey and sangiovese grapes, this bone dry pyment pays homage to a rosé style wine. Light floral notes from the honey accompany the earthy, rustic notes of the grapes to make an easy, everyday drinker that won’t fatigue your palate.

Nice rose looking colour, fairly viscous. Smells lightly sweet, some honey, plenty of vinousness. Mouthfeel is very light, and super dry. Taste is just loads of vinousness, and some tannins. Needs complexity and some sweetness. Very not for me, shame.
