Wprawdzie nie wypiłem do końca (kilka łyków na potrzeby recenzji) ponieważ żona piła, ale dała spróbować więc postanowiłem napisać coś na szybko, zaczynamy. Butelka 0,5l termin ważności 11.11.2015, temperatura serwowania 10 stopni +, szkło tulip. Od razu na początku powiem że jak na swój styl piwo naprawdę dobre, aromat suszonej śliwki bardzo przyjemny , delikatna paloność, po zamieszaniu jest słodko trochę jak śliwki w czekoladzie. Barwa: brunatne, mętne. Piana: jasno różowa, średnia, szybko się dziurawi i opada do zera. Smak: na pierwszym planie zdecydowanie śliwka i paloność trochę jak syrop ale w niskich temperaturach całkiem pijalne, wysycenie średnie do niskiego, goryczki praktycznie nie ma, delikatnie przebija się alk który dobrze pasuje do tej słodyczy.

Dirty pinkish, medium, dense head, irregular, over slightly veiled, finely carbonated ruby beer. Caramel & cherry sweets, syrup, rainwater, almonds, fruitcake. Bitterish roasted first impression, as burnt waffle syrup. Sweet, but not overly so. balanced by the caramelised flavour. Fruithints, but not really 100% natural. Feels quite carbonated, maybe medium bodied. Pfff... at least it’s not as poor as the mirabelle thing - ’nuff said. Thanks to Aga & dad!

Bottle. Plum dominates, but you can still feel some beer aroma (typical to Fortuna beers): a bit roasty, some caramel, cola, a little bit of hops. Medium sweetness, not sour. Average carbonation. Not bad.
