Good dark reddish purple. Big blackcurrant smell, bit sweet, lightly tart. Nice mouthfeel, thick, sticky and just enough puckering tartness to notice. Taste is great blackcurrant jam, very intense fruit. Tartly sweet. Damn delicious stuff!
