Tap at Brewski. Medium body, med-high carbonation. Medium sweetness, light sourness, light bitterness. Very nice classic weizeny banana-clove character. Good phenol-ester balance too, more or less equal. Very good beer, easy drinking.

500ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, snow white head. Minimally bready, wheaty malty and slightly leafy, minimally yeasty fruity and yeasty spicy aroma, a touch of crisp bread and dried banana. Taste is wheaty malty (almost without residual sweetness)and slightly yeasty fruity, hints of unripe banana. Creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Cautious, underdeveloped flavours, typical Nepomucen quality is only present concerning appearance and mouthfeel; not exactly what I'd expect from a Hefeweizen - meh.

Pours hazy blonde. Smell is intense, banana, wheat. Taste is mild tart by the wheat ( very mild). Creamy intense isoamylacetate ( banana). Could use a bit more clove, freshness ( is a tad to sweet).
