Un-fined & Unfiltered maybe hazy.
A light fruity IPA with aroma of citrus fruits on the palate with a lingering flavour of tea. 85% Europils, 15% Munich Malt base bittered with a fist full of Pilot hop at start of boil then a pile of Godiva hops and 1.9kg of Yunnan Black Flowery Orange Pekoe tea added 15 minutes before end of boil with another pile of Godiva in whirlpool at 80C fermented using Voss Kviek yeast strain giving a quite dry finish and dry hopped with lashings more Godiva in fermenter.
