This sixth iteration unseats SRIII as the most potent of our starbound flavour vessels. For this mission, our objective was to explore early fermentation dry hopping, which makes it a bit of a throwback to SRII. This approach allows the free geraniol to biotransform into citronellol – quick-shifting the flavour from floral to fruity. We also changed things up by reverting back to a more unassuming malt base. The light colour and flavour of Pilsner malt lets the hops really sing. After all, hops are the name of the Sky Rocket game – Mosaic and El Dorado to name a couple.

Kinda ugly translucent, but turbid at the same time. Very bizarre color. Lots of mangos, OJ and nice tart and sweet nose that is modestly dank. Nose is legit. Drinks like OJ with mangos, low carbonation, low bitterness, smooth palate. Rounded. Balanced. Nothing about this is overly amazing, but this is flawless to style. Would love to try this super fresh. Very nice

473ml can. Pours a cloudy gold-yellow with yeast chunks that sink to the bottom and a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves soapy lacing. Sweet fruity aroma of bready pale malt, orange peel, grapefruit, peach, mango, papaya and earthy yeast. Sweet fruity flavour of bready pale malt, orange peel, grapefruit, pineapple, peach, mango, papaya, earthy yeast and piney hops in a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with a sticky texture and average carbonation. Juicy and delicious.
