DESCRIPTION

This is Baller. An IPA. We took everything we’ve learnt about making IPAs and put it into this beer. Lots of hops, big bright flavours, smooth body. It’s our go-to IPA.
Goes well with big livin’ and splashing out.

This is Charlie. He’s a Gipsy Hill co-founder. He likes city life and fast pedalling.

Can from Beer52. Aroma is resinous with a touch of syrupy fruit. Hazy peachy orange. Large frothy bubbly translucent white head. Medium bitter. Resinous. Underlying sour citrus. Quinine. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long somewhat astringent finish. Alright. Not overly interesting.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly hazy, yellow blonde, with moderate white foam, fine. Aroma is hoppy/herbaceous, piney. Body is a little dense and oily, with good carbonation. Taste is pretty bitter, and persistently at that. Long.
