DESCRIPTION

This is Baller. An IPA. We took everything we’ve learnt about making IPAs and put it into this beer. Lots of hops, big bright flavours, smooth body. It’s our go-to IPA.
Goes well with big livin’ and splashing out.

This is Charlie. He’s a Gipsy Hill co-founder. He likes city life and fast pedalling.

330ml can from Vinmonopolet Nettbutikk. Hazy grey-golden body, scattered lacing from a stable white head. Inviting citrus aromas alongside a floral scent. Rounded taste profile of lemon and orange followed by a nice bitter, semi dry, finish. Likable, and fine partner to the sauerkraut. (Tromsø 02.10.2020).

330ml can from Honestbrew. Pours cloudy orange with white head but recedes to minimal lacing. Tropical fruit aroma, with notes of grapefruit, mango and orange as well as wheat. Taste is mild hoppy bitterness, with above average sweetness alongside the citrus notes and also pine. Medium body and soft carbonation works well. A lovely refreshing American style IPA.

Good, fluffy, lightly yellowish head over fully hazy orange-yellow beer, very lively carbonated. Fruity hops, fresh green leaves, asafoetida, lunaria, lots of lupulin & resin. Bitter-resiny with a quite fruity background, orange(peel). Quite good balance, actually. Bit green bananapeel, lupulin. Refreshing, quite dry through the resins. Good carbonation, medium body. Nice! Classical, but beyond reproach IPA.
