DESCRIPTION
This is Baller. An IPA. We took everything we’ve learnt about making IPAs and put it into this beer. Lots of hops, big bright flavours, smooth body. It’s our go-to IPA.
Goes well with big livin’ and splashing out.
This is Charlie. He’s a Gipsy Hill co-founder. He likes city life and fast pedalling.

Large tight white head stayed on an unclear golden still body. Pith, pine & Tropical fruits aroma. Medium bodied with a tickle on the front & a sharper clean back. Bitter/Sweet citrus, pineapple, pithy, mango & pine tastes. West Coast/East Coast hybrid!

Appearance is golden, quite clear, wit a small white head. Aroma is citrus fruit, piney hops, orange, hints of grapefruit, malty hints, marmalade. Taste is bitter fruity hops, pineapple, orange and mango, caramel malt hints, juicy fruit, nice full mouthfeel.

330ml can. Hazy golden, small white head. Aroma of tropical and citrus fruits, orange, melon. Taste of sweet ripe mango, melon, orange, grassy, light pithy grapefruit finish. Medium body. Solid core range IPA.

Can 330ml (Pien, packed 30/09/19, ABV 5.4%) A bit hazy golden colour, small steady white head. Tropical fruits, some citrus in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Pale malty, tropical fruity, some citrus and grapefruit in the flavour. Basic modern light IPA. Quite drinkable.

Keg at The Harp, London. A hazy golden coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, tropical fruit aroma. Tastes hoppy, citrus, orange, tropical fruit. Decent IPA.

Fiskåbanen 230719. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hop. Flavor is fruit, malt, hop, pine, grapefruit, oranges, tropical fruits. Easy drinkable nice beer.

Can: Poured a murky yellow to orange with carbonated frothy white heads. Aroma is nice citrus fruit hops. Taste is nice juicy hops some citrus and grapefruit.
