DESCRIPTION
This is Baller. An IPA. We took everything we’ve learnt about making IPAs and put it into this beer. Lots of hops, big bright flavours, smooth body. It’s our go-to IPA.
Goes well with big livin’ and splashing out.
This is Charlie. He’s a Gipsy Hill co-founder. He likes city life and fast pedalling.

Can at the PJ tasting. Pours unclear blonde. No real head. Smell is bit hopburn, médium low intensity overall. Taste is full, sharp, bitter, hopburn all over. Not great at all...

Can picked up at Himmeriget, shared at home - pours a hazy yellow to orange colour with a white head. Fruity with some notes of grapefruit and lemon, some peach, pineapple, smooth mouthfeel, medium body, solid hoppy finish.

Can from Beer Cave. Appearance - cloudy yellow brown. Nice my propertioned head. Nose - pineapple and mango. Loads of resin. Taste - more pineapple and tangy mango. Green plant stalks and resin. Palate - light to medium bodied with a tangy texture. Dry tangy finish. Overall - good.
