DESCRIPTION
This is Baller. An IPA. We took everything we’ve learnt about making IPAs and put it into this beer. Lots of hops, big bright flavours, smooth body. It’s our go-to IPA.
Goes well with big livin’ and splashing out.
This is Charlie. He’s a Gipsy Hill co-founder. He likes city life and fast pedalling.

Keg at the draft house old street. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a a lasting white froth. Aroma is nice super juicy orange and mango, lychee, perfume tropical fruits. Flavour is composed of big Nelson Sauvin, tropical fruits, pineapple, loose wheat, hint of rain on tarmac,. Palate is semi sweet, crisp, frothy airy carbonation. Really tasty.

Can courtesy of and shared with Tderoeck @ Taquito and buffalo turds night.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Hop Burns & Black. Pours hazy gold with a creamy white head. Solid semi juice, citrusy pithy hop number. Light bitter lemon rind, clean malts. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Dry and pithy on the finish, some grapefruit, lemon, rind, dry pale malts. Nice stuff overall. Drinks easy.
