A blend of Indiana heirloom apple cider, wildflower honey and maple blossom honey. This mead spent 12 months in a fresh dumped four roses barrel, providing a nice bourbon backbone with notes of vanilla, toffee and oak on top of the already complex blend of apples and honeys.

Pale gold, syrupy looking. Smell is an interesting mix of dry apple, bourbon, and mead, with definitely some alcohol. Not thick, but sticky and pretty hot alcohol. Flavourwise real nice, bit on the sweet side but apples, honey and bourbon are there.
