Strak, bruisend en droog. Door een dubbele vergisting blijven er zeer weinig suikers over. Door dry hopping met het nieuwe Australische Enigma hop krijgt het bier een passievrucht, rode bessen en Pinot Gris druiven karakter. Het is lekker met bergkazen, braadharing in’t zuur en Sint-jakobsschelp.

33cl bottle (9,1%, 38 IBU) from brewpub Brouwerij Hoop. F: medium, white, average retention. C: gold, light hazy. A: malty, bit orange, grapes, bit caramel, tropical fruits. T: full malty base, orange, grapefruits, grapes, bit white wine, decent bitterness, bit like brut IPA, medium carbonation, ok, good balanced.

33 cl. bottle @ Dennis and Patries.
Dark golden with a thin white head. Spicy yeasty aroma with tropical fruits. Sweet taste with a boozy bitter very dry finish.
