Pours unclear blonde, medium sized, lower stability, white head. Smell is citrussy, fresh, zesty, wheat. Not as spiced ( nor sweet ) as some of the Belgian ones. Taste is sharp, surprisingly bitter, zesty, lemon like citrussy, wheat, bit high on the yeasty side, making it very 'heavy' to drink, especially in combination with this high carbonation. OK
