hazy pale yellow colour, huge, dense ecru-ish off-white head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of citric, wet wheaty, bread crusty and some unripe fruity notes; taste of bready-malty, some hoppy-bittery and moderate citric notes; not bad

Huge, dense, thick, slightly yellowish head, over hazy orange-ochre beer. Spicy, greenmalt, raw arachide, fatty acids. Spicy again, with the harsh arachide flavour. Bitter in the finish. Spiciness doesn't remind me of coriander. Light to medium body, good carbonation, bit slick. Harsh, and then the fatty acids... Neither a Weizen, nor a real witbier. Wheatbeer. Spezielles Wit, sehr trüb und starkes Hopfenaroma. Nicht klassisch, aber spannend.
