One of our first beers was Hopstart Amarillo IPA. Now we double up and crown our favourite penguin imperial style with even more hops.
Imperial, or Double, IPA is truly an unique American Style. they should be hopcentric, but not tongue shreddingly bitter. In our DIPA we went for an assertive hop balance showcasing one of our favourite US-hops Amarillo that imparts orange, pineapple, grapefruit and piny flavours.
