Bottled, from Systembolaget. Black, no head. Aroma of vanilla, coffee, winegums, cinnamon and tonka beans. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. An onslaught of port wine, vanilla, tonka beans and coffee. Low bitterness. Well brewed, actually pretty much in balance, but also very one dimensional with one super massive flavour, and that's pretty much it. Conceptually it sucks, but technically it's brilliant. Definitely does its job in front of the fireside on a sleaty late November night by the Baltic shore I must admit.

Bottle, 330 ml, shared with Miro B and Max. Black with brownish head. Chocolate, maple, spicy, cinnamon, sweet, medium to full bodied. Bitter finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a thick and syrupy, opaque black with a small, rough, light brown head that dissipates in no time. The nose is completely dominated by cinnamon. Rich, sweet body, low carbonation. Massive chocolate notes but the spicy, perfumy tonka beans are very dominant and take over from where the cinnamon left in the nose. Warming alcohol in the finish. I never was much of a tonka fan I must admit. 181119

Bottle at home from Stockholm, 24th October 19. Pours a thick black viscous stout. Aroma is leather, light spice, liquorice, caramel, tar. Taste is rich, bitter and sweet, caramel, liquorice, Tonka, light cinnamon. The mouth feel is thick, delicious and fits this beer perfectly. Great stout.

33cl bottle. From uba ja humal. Poured pitch black with a thin brown head. Lovely roasty aroma with cinnamon, vanilla and tonka. Balanced spicyness, cinnamon and vanilla. Full bodied, no sign of abv. Awesome stout.
