Tyask Cuvee Rouge is a collaboration between a local craft winery - ATU Winery & a craft brewery Litra Brewing Co, between beer & wine. Our creation stays beyond the traditional beer styles. It's a combination of grape, malt, hops & champagne yeast. With this collaboration we wanted to prove that wine making and beer can coexist. It’s a beer that takes you to the place where beer & wine complement each other. The use of traditional Moldovan red grape in combination with German specialty malt give this beer a full body with a complex aroma and taste. Chocolate, red fruit, red grape, cherry stone, grape tanins and a refreshing hoppy & acidic finish is only a bit to describe the palate. Champagne yeast provides a perfect carbonation and makes it crisp and dry. It's a beer for cold evening when you can relax and enjoy every sip and take your time to discover it. A perfect companion for complex dishes, hard and matured cheeses or even on its own.
