Expect clarity and flavour with a pronounced bitter backbone from our flagship beer. A light citrus hop aroma is balanced with plenty of malt character. Taking its cues from the classic American West Coast IPA, it’s a light amber in colour. Dennis continues to be our biggest seller, and for good reason.
Best Ale malt provides the base. Wheat and Carapils added for body. Columbus hops for bittering. Citra, Galaxy and Ekuanot in the whirlpool. Dry hopped with Amarillo, Citra and Ekuanot. Fermented with our house West Coast Ale yeast strain.

330ml bottle - Pours with a light haze, golden colour with an average sized mostly lasting white head. Aroma is fruity; mainly citrus and pale malts. Light sweet moderately bitter taste, pale malts, pithy citrus and drying bitter finish.

(Draught at Euston Tap West, London, 25 July 2019) Hazy pale amber colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with grapefruit, pine needles and tropical fruit. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of grapefruit, leafy hops, pine needles, tropical fruit and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty, fresh and hoppy. Nice one.

(Keg at Craft Beer Co Hammersmith, 20191016) The beer poured golden and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had nettles and pine. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, spiciness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A tasty hoppy pale ale.

33cl bottle. A almost clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of fruity bitter hops, citrus, tropical juice. Taste of bitter tropical fruits, citrus, fresh hops, yellow fruits, pale malt. Nice!

hazy golden beer. Nothing spectacular but I love the balanced between grassy, grapefruity Citra and some fruity sweetness with a lingering dry finish. Straightforward but very tasty. You could mistake it for a 6 or 7%-er.

330ml can. Poured a slightly hazy light golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, grassy, dank weedy, light citrus hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light, crisp, weedy, light pepper spice, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
