Expect clarity and flavour with a pronounced bitter backbone from our flagship beer. A light citrus hop aroma is balanced with plenty of malt character. Taking its cues from the classic American West Coast IPA, it’s a light amber in colour. Dennis continues to be our biggest seller, and for good reason.
Best Ale malt provides the base. Wheat and Carapils added for body. Columbus hops for bittering. Citra, Galaxy and Ekuanot in the whirlpool. Dry hopped with Amarillo, Citra and Ekuanot. Fermented with our house West Coast Ale yeast strain.

Hazy blond colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have well balanced hop profile with light fruitiness. Good malty backbone.

IPA by one of the countless new microbreweries in London, can from De Caigny. Bubbly, mousy, eggshell-white, medium thick and somewhat irregular head, warm pale orangey peach blonde robe, hazy. Aroma of sweet onions, maracuja, mango (quite outspoken), dried apricots, orange peel, honey, sweetbread, yellow kiwi, olive oil. Very fruity onset, lots of mango, lychee and overripe kiwi effects, pineapple, light sourish edge, medium carb; fluffy maltiness, sweetbread pulp drenched in very aromatic, tropical-fruity hoppiness with mango, lychee and apricot returning along with ‘greener’ notes of sweet onion, withering dill and green shallots. A powdery bitterness lingers, but softly so. Typical modern NEIPA-style ale, nice and bright, pleasant little beer!
