Expect clarity and flavour with a pronounced bitter backbone from our flagship beer. A light citrus hop aroma is balanced with plenty of malt character. Taking its cues from the classic American West Coast IPA, it’s a light amber in colour. Dennis continues to be our biggest seller, and for good reason.

Best Ale malt provides the base. Wheat and Carapils added for body. Columbus hops for bittering. Citra, Galaxy and Ekuanot in the whirlpool. Dry hopped with Amarillo, Citra and Ekuanot. Fermented with our house West Coast Ale yeast strain.

Pours blonde, médium white head. Smell is fruity, typical us hops. Taste is strong bitterness ( for a pale ale) and very hoppy. More like an IPA to me. Fine beer, but nothing acceptional.

Can, bb 11/18. Gold, a little unclear. A white head sits around a cm. Aroma of grapefruit, mandarin, some gooseberry, crackers. Clean, moderately sweet. Solid enough, if rather anonymous pale malt backs fairly vibrant fruity hops, decent bitterness. Nothing out of the box, but tasty enough.

Can from Beer52. Hazy golden body with a thin off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of dirt, orange pith and rust. Flavour of grain, peach and menthol. Medium body with a watery texture. Soft fizz. An average IPA - there nothing here that would make me want another.
