Expect clarity and flavour with a pronounced bitter backbone from our flagship beer. A light citrus hop aroma is balanced with plenty of malt character. Taking its cues from the classic American West Coast IPA, it’s a light amber in colour. Dennis continues to be our biggest seller, and for good reason.

Best Ale malt provides the base. Wheat and Carapils added for body. Columbus hops for bittering. Citra, Galaxy and Ekuanot in the whirlpool. Dry hopped with Amarillo, Citra and Ekuanot. Fermented with our house West Coast Ale yeast strain.

Hazy gold - amber beer, small bubbly cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Dry malts, a little grain and not much sweetness. Tired and tangy ripe orange and orange peel. Dry finish. Lame and I was particularly ready for a beer when I opened this.

Keg at Craft Islington, Wednesday 7th March 2018 in the company of Dad, Barry and Scott. Pours cloudy yellow, with a white head. Refreshing beer, a reasonable APA, soft mouthfeel, but it's a bit sweet and bitterness lacking. A6 A3 T7 P3 Ov13 3.2

Nice foamy head and clear orange body. Great complex pineapple and sour peach flavour. Crisp finish. In a crowded IPA market this one stands out as pretty fine.
