A golden hued pale ale brewed exclusively with Simcoe hops. Added at 3 different stages of the
brew and then again as a dry-hop once the beer is conditioning in tank. Simcoe is valued for its
piney & tropical characteristics both of which are evident here, making for a full-flavoured hoppy
ale.
Malt: Maris Otter, Caragold, Carapils
Hops: Simcoe
Yeast: US-05

On keg at Monty's. Appearance - hazy yellow. Creamy off white head. Nose - orange, dank, fresh sweat and lightly bready. Taste - orange and bread. Palate - light bodied, dry finish. Overall - simple but good.

Tap at the Colmore, Birmingham. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with an everlasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a fresh, crisp, juicy lemon citrus, mineral, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Fresh, fruity and with enough bitterness to make it interesting.
