CONCEPT

RIOの名を冠したトラディショナルなセゾンビール。ベルギー産の大麦モルトをベースに、小麦・オーツ麦・ライ麦の３種の穀物を加えてシルキーでほのかにスパイシーな飲み口に、欧州産ホップの穏やかな香りと柔らかな苦みをのせて、ベルギー産２種の酵母で醸したセゾン。伝統と人の円を大切にするリオ・ブルーイングだからこそ提案できる、食事の場に寄り添う新たなセゾンをお届けします。

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5

On tap at WIZ Craft Beer & Food, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle esters and some rustic saison yeast in good balance. Flavour is spicy and estery, with lots of carbonation, spicy fruity esters, and a bit of white pepper. Decently constructed though maybe not exactly on point. Pleasant.

Quite sweet but it’s nice enough. Soapy with a bit of fruitiness.
