50 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Lidl Culemborg. Clear copper color with a white head. Biscuity and caramel aroma. Sweet taste with a nice bitter finish. Really tasty for a 3.7% ABV ale. Great stuff.

Bottled (from Lidl Kivihaka, Vaasa). Amber colour, mediumsized beige foamy head. Aroma is sweet malts, some floral and wooden hops. Flavour is biscuity and bready malts with some floral, wooden and mild grainy tones. Earthy bitterness in the finish.

Cask at Dogs Beck JDW, Penrith. Amber-brown golden colour, off-white foam head and aroma of malt, hop. Taste is malt, papery, with some flowery hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, malty bitter finish. OK

0,5 bottle. In a not very promising "white" bottle, behind a simple label is a nice golden-light-ruby red beer, with a normal white head. (The whole color is decisive, the beer is like the label.) A little caramel, very slightly fruity, overall a very restrained aroma. In theory a bitter - well, not really. I've already drunk a delicious bitter around 4%. This beer is rather sweet, very restrained in both malt and hop use. However, there is a delicate floral-fruity aftertaste, a medium, medicinal bitterness that somehow carries it on its back. Drinkable, very light, but it wouldn't be my favorite. (The carbonation is acceptable anyway, and the body is just what we can expect from a 3.7%...)

Cask at JDW Spoons, Eastbourne. Quite alright for £1.29 a pint!! Inoffensive aroma and taste. Creamy yet still gluggable. Could definitely have a session on it.
