Geprobeerd op vakantie in Luxemburg. Het is een helder goudgeel bier met een witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van druiven en een hint honing. De smaak is fris zuur en wijn achtig.

Sour fruity beginning. Very dry. The cabernet blanc is there, very dry and fruity with a grainy neutral beer in the back. Nice.

Hopfenjünger-Hef-Tasting // with sediment more hazy darker murky orange. A bit apple most in the nose. Sweeter. Grapes.

33cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of white grapes, some honey, pale malt. Taste of white grapes, wine, pale malt, mild sourness.
