Bottle 500ml.Clear medium amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, christmas spices, ginger bread. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, spicy, ginger bread - bisquit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20131229]

Bottle, Canada. This is amber and bright. The aroma is perfumey with maybe some spice. Sweet, cinnamon on the palate. Thin, no real malt character. Again perfume. Out of the bottle, it’s just terrible. 2-2-3-1-5 = 1.3

It has a fairly full body for the alcohol level, and the palate is light, sweetish and approachable, with ginger as the main characteristic. The finish has some slightly biscuity amber malts as well. Decent spiced ale. 6-3-6-3-14 = 3.2

Bottled. Clear amber, coarse head. Cinnamon aroma. Mid sweet with light-medium body and crisp mouthfeel. Gingersnaps and grass. Mid bitter finish.
