Way back in 2017, we decided to blend 5 of the most tart, cheek puckering beers in our barrels
Brewed and barrelled in 2017, aged through 2018/2019 and bottle conditioned through 2019 to now!
Drinks like lemon meringue pie and candies in the fizzy / fuzzy categories with a hint of spontaneous gueze character

375ml bottle. Pours a cloudy straw colour with a thin, fizzy, short lived, white head that fully dissipates. Sour aroma of pale malt, funky Brett, lemon, oak and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of pale malt, lemon, orange, peach, oak, light Brett and floral hops in a dry, sour, acidic finish. Light to medium body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Enjoyable and well made.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a tiny head. Nose is full of mixed wild bugs, rustic saison yeast, and some gentle acidity. Flavour is full of wild bugs, with gentle sourness, light acidity, and some neural woodiness. Nice blend and expression of wild yeasts. Not the most complex but it's quite pleasant.
