A Canadian take on a German classic - this is a classic Munich Helles style lager brewed with a base of Pilsner and a little bit of Munich malt for colour and a touch of sweetness. Hop profile (flavour/aroma) is bright, crisp, fruity and subtle: red berries, white wine, citrus, and fresh cut grass. Malt profile is clean and classic with a hint of bread and biscuits. 473ml can. Pours a clear gold with a medium, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that laces. Sweet aroma of biscuit malt, lemon and grassy hops. Sweet flavour of bready pale malt, lemon and floral in a crisp, dry, bitter grass finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing, thirst quenching and easy to crush.
