$7.49 bottle from Beer Run. Pours golden with a small off-white head. Nice juicy citrus aroma, including fresh orange, floral hops, light tropical fruit. Flavor is bittersweet orange rind, perhaps some candied orange, pine, minor tropical fruit juice. Good, but missing something to make it excellent.

Most recently on draught at Roxy’s A4cade, 3/3/17, though I’ve had it a number of times in bottles, since debut.
Minimally hazy, flaxen-golden with light copper hints and a large, well-retained white head.
Grassy, floral and almost heathery hops in the nose provide light lemon, hints of sweat and pepper, as well as juicy apple and nectarine. On the end, light grapefruit and pine linger, threatening to intensify and destroy the levity, but they never really do, thanks in some part to the honey-like malts that seem quite deep from the nose.
In the mouth it’s richly malty and dry with a lively, light floral and grassy hop bouquet that transitions in to juicier yellow fruits and finally ends with some bitter grapefruit and resin. Pepper lingers, as well as strong honey, vanilla and sourdough. Tight carbonation with no alcohol or flaw. I’d like them to get rid of the pine/grapefruit aspect altogether, but nevertheless this is still very drinkable and well-done.

0.5l bottle @ Hotel Room. This is a mild cloudy golden colored one with a nice big lasting and lacing white head on the top. Immediately there's a really hop yeasty aroma coming from this. Reminds me of trub that I get in some of my homebrewed IPAs. There's lots of nice hoppy elements, super fresh. Mild citrus and ripe tropical fruits. Tastes superb also. A bit thinner than oily in the mouth and it's average on the relatively bug bubbles. Really grassy fresh in the taste. Instantly I get that this is something you can drink lots of. Cucumber, lime zest and traces of red berries. Really nice and quenching. 11.06.2015

Bottle: Poured a yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fresh grapefruit juice is quite astonishing with some citrusy and tropical fruit notes. Taste is also highly reminiscent of mango and grapefruit with some residual sugar notes and limited bitterness and tons of floral notes. Body is full enough for style with good carbonation. Fantastic beer and wish the grapefruit notes could be so dominant in many more APA.

Pours a gold from a bottle. What a weird beer. Huge tropical and citrus fruit aroma, flavor is similar but a lot of soapiness and even a little gum, like some crazy fruit flavor gum. Thin in the mouth and very bitter. I think I’d rather smell it than drink it. Meh.
