Light mild malty orange red Oktoberfest style beer. Named after; The Afrika Corps was only one unit of many Erwin Rommel (Desert Fox) served in over his fifty-two years of life. He served in the German army during World War I and II. Despite the fact he served the Nazis, Rommel was a good man who refused to condone Hitler’s actions. He served the Nazis because he believed in his nation and wanted to do right by Germany, not by Hitler. He hated Hitler so passionately he eventually plotted to kill him which led to his implication to assassinate Hitler. Rommel was given a choice: death by suicide, or a public trial, Rommel chose suicide and died at his home.

On tap. Pours a clear orange-red with a medium, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that laces. Sweet aroma of bready caramel malt and leafy green hops. Sweet flavour of toasted caramel malt and leafy green hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Malt forward. A pretty basic Marzen.
