Sour, sweet, and fruity! Fermented with three varieties of grape must, conditioned on blackberries, peaches, raspberries and key lime, and topped off with a dash of sea salt.
Brewed on behalf of Pink Boots Society in honour of international Women's Day, we've named this Red Sangria Gose for one of Sylvan Lake's most influential pioneers: Catherine Ann Dingwall. As a champion of community-building projects and president of the local chapter of the Women's Institute, Mrs. Dingwall was instrumental in the construction of a new pier on Lakeshore Drive in 1928. She and her husband frequently provided meals to those in need, and ran a boarding house, which still stands today as Hazzard County Bar & Grill.

473ml can. Pours a hazy orange-red with a small, foamy, short lived, pale pink head that laces. Fruity aroma of bready wheat malt, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, funky yeast and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, raspberry, strawberry, blackberry, peach, lime, orange and light salt in a dry, tart finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Not really getting any Sangria, but it's really fruity and flavourful. Would be great in summer, ABV is well hidden.
