Humans have been brewing for thousands of years. Ever since we evolved the gene to tolerate alcohol we've been indulging. And its been women who've done the vast majority of brewing throughout history. Its no surprise that Ninkasi - humanity's first deity honouring beer - was a woman. And the famed Hymn to Ninkasi is at once our collective first drinking song as well as our collective first recorded beer recipe.
We sing it today as we release a Roggenbiervin honour of the women brewing today and those that brewed before us. With a hefeweizen fermentation meshing clove with the spice of the ryewe feel a kinship with the past and a kinship with our bright future and we hope you do too.

473ml can. Pours a clear amber with a small, creamy, long lasting, beige head that laces. Sweet aroma of bready rye malt, banana, earth and clove. Sweet flavour of toasted bready malt, rye, caramel, clove and a hint of nuts in a crisp, dry, tangy finish. Light to medium body with a smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Tasty and easy to drink. Very enjoyable.
