It can feel like a dark, dark world sometimes, but rest assured - there are beacons to light the way. Summer is around the corner. Vaccines are at hand. We may have forgotten how to speak face-to-face, but we haven’t lost the ability to love and be kind.
At first glance Falling Skies Dark Sour seems like a beer for dark days. But the deep brown colour comes from Sinamar liquid malt extract, which provides colour without the roasty notes you’d expect from a dark beer.
And the light at the end of the tunnel? Boatloads of tart cherries and apricots that provide vibrant bursts of tangy fruit flavour and baking spice notes. It’s a delightfully juicy flavour explosion to light you up from the inside.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy red-brown with a medium, foamy, short lived, tan head that laces. Aroma of biscuity malt, cherry, funky yeast and clove. Sweet flavour of biscuity malt, apricot, cherry, earth, funky yeast and clove in a dry, tart finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing and easy to drink.
