Our Wet Hop Series is designed to showcase the flavours and aromas of Alberta grown wet hops!
Featuring: Cascade
Wet hops are fresh unprocessed hops. They are less aromatic than dried leaf hops but impart a unique fresh flavour. Our friends at Flatland Hops in Taber, AB, were kind enough to deliver us a truck load of their Cascade Hops the same day they were harvested. The following day, we loaded our hopback to the rim with Cascade Wet Hops to make this unique brew.

473ml can. Pours a clear gold with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves soapy lacing. Mild aroma of crackery malt, faint citrus, earth and floral hops. Sweet flavour of crackery malt, grapefruit, earth, pine, floral and spicy hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with an oily texture and average carbonation. A little light, but not bad.
