Say hello to the Single Saturation series! The three hops we use in Super Sat - Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe - all have different aromas and flavours. You know what they taste like together, but now you get to taste them all on their own. Everything else about the beer remains the same, making for a fun compare/contrast exercise. Super!

473ml can. Pours a hazy pale gold-yellow with yeast particles that sink to the bottom and a large, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves soapy lacing. Sweet fruity aroma of bready wheat malt, apricot, passion fruit, guava, grapefruit, earthy yeast and oats. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, grapefruit, passion fruit, guava, apricot, earthy yeast, oats and piney hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with a smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Slightly better than Super Saturation, but I thought Citra was the best in the series.
