Say hello to the Single Saturation series! The three hops we use in Super Sat - Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe - all have different aromas and flavours. You know what they taste like together, but now you get to taste them all on their own. Everything else about the beer remains the same, making for a fun compare/contrast exercise. Super!

473ml can. Pours a hazy pale gold-yellow with yeast chunks that sink to the bottom and a large, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves thick patches of lace. Dank aroma of wheat malt, grapefruit rind, mango, pine resin, earthy yeast and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, mango, peach, apricot, strawberry, pineapple, earthy yeast and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with a smooth, almost creamy texture and soft carbonation. Juicy and easy to put back. Better than Super Saturation, but I thought the Citra version was slightly better.
