When we hired Octavio Pauley as head brewer in September, 2017, the brewery was an empty building. Snake Lake's success over the past three years is a testament to his dedication and good taste. As he leaves, we're raising a glass (or this can) to everything he's done for us, and looking excitedly towards what's next. Jesse Thompson will be bringing a wealth of experience and mouthwatering ideas to the brewery as Octavio's replacement. We've been working with him for months now and can say with confidence - rest assured, the future will be easy drinking.

355ml can. Pours a clear pale gold with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves soapy lacing. Sweet, slightly dank aroma of caramel malt, peach, grapefruit and piney hops. Sweet fruity flavour of caramel malt, apricot, peach, orange, grapefruit, pine resin, weedy hops and a hint of booze in a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Pretty decent.
